SILVIA STAJER
THE GOAL:
TO BECOME THE YOUNGEST FEMALE TO DO AN IRONMAN ON SIX CONTINENTS
Silvia is a 26 year old female triathlete from Toronto, who is trying to set a world record of being the youngest female to complete an Ironman on six continents. She started training for triathlons in June of 2023 and has fallen in love with the sport. Silvia has a strong sense of self discipline, surrounds herself with people who motivate and energize her, and is 100% committed to this goal. Silvia started her attempt May 2024 and has set out an 18 month guideline to finish... all while working as a full time paramedic.

#WHYNOTYOU
Prior to Silvia turning this dream into a reality, there were doubts and fears; "can I really do this?" "where do I even start?" SO, she developed the mantra: #whynotyou.
The world has endless possibilities; seize these opportunities, defy the odds and let the spark within you ignite the flames of your potential. You can achieve greatness, this is your time. Your journey is unique, don't just chase success, become the embodiment of it. Embrace the challenges, and it will shape you to become extraordinary. Always follow your butterflies.

“We are capable of so many things, and there are so many barriers and ways that we’re holding ourselves back. But if you just let yourself take that step, once you come to the other side, it is so rewarding,” she added.

"I've always wanted to give myself to one thing ... if I can inspire one other to pursue their dreams, then my job is halfway done."
